SHIPPING & Delivery:

All items are delivered electronically via software download / email download after successful checkout. For inquiries regarding a lost download file email us at [email protected]

All download links are set to be available for 60 days after which they will expire.

When you purchase a Danie -James digital asset you’re doing so on the following terms:

  • You cannot cancel a completed purchase of an item;
  • We do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available in the future so you should download and save the item as soon as you buy it
  • In case you wish to access downloads after link has expired, kindly send us an email and we will resolve.
  • Preset files are usually in compressed format.

Products:

All digital products are to be installed within compatible softwares. The software the preset is made for will be marked in the title “ex. Adobe Premiere Transition Pack” + in the description box  of the product. All presets and plugins created are 100% made legally as a 3rd party extension for people to use, we are in no way associated with Adobe, Logic Pro X, etc. Any names or logos of a software are only used to indicate the compatibility of our products.

Refund Policy:

In the case of a product not working the way it should: Reach out to us via email and we can help troubleshoot the issue. If the issue cannot be fixed we will refund you. If you are running into an issue 95% of the time it is because you are trying to install the preset / plugin the wrong way. Be sure to follow all instructions in the read me as well as instructions shown in the video tutorials made for each product on my Youtube channel.
